There are 8 main reasons for the hydraulic overload of high-speed punch presses:
1. The air pressure is too high, making it impossible to stop moving.
Solution: Check whether the pressure of the air pressure gauge of the high-speed punch press is normal, or the pressure regulating valve is abnormal.
2. The high-speed punch oil pressure pumping is damaged.
Solution: Pump water to replace with new products.
3. The interior is not clean, causing constant movement.
Method: After dismantling and cleaning it.
4. The air pressure is too low, causing an emergency stop.
Solution: Check whether the pressure of the air pressure gauge of the high-speed punch press is normal, or the pressure regulating valve is abnormal.
5. The oil currently used by the high-speed punch does not match.
Method: Refer to the oil product specification of the nameplate on the left side of the high-speed punch, and then buy and replace it.
6. The overloaded solenoid valve is damaged.
Solution: replace the new solenoid valve.
7. Oil tank leaks.
Solution: Check whether the fuel tank of the high-speed punch is broken, or the screw is not locked.
8. Lining loss.
Solution: Remove and check whether the lining is damaged due to aging.
