The basic structure of the stamping press machine(1)

- 2021-11-10-

1. Upper mold(stamping press machine)
The upper die is the upper half of the whole die, that is, the die part installed on the sliding block of the press.

2. Upper die base(stamping press machine)
The upper die base is the uppermost plate-shaped part of the upper die. It is close to the sliding block of the press and fixed directly with the sliding block of the press through the die handle or directly.

3. Lower formwork(stamping press machine)
The lower die is the lower half of the whole die, that is, the die part installed on the working table of the press.

4. Lower die base(stamping press machine)
The lower die base is a plate-shaped part on the bottom of the lower die, which is directly fixed on the working table or backing plate of the press during operation.

5. Blade wall
The edge wall is the side wall of the edge of the punching die hole.

6. Blade inclination
The inclination of the cutting edge is the inclination of each side of the cutting wall of the punching die hole.

7. Air cushion
Air cushion is a ejector driven by compressed air. See "ejector".

8. Reverse pressure block
The reverse pressure block is a part that supports the one-way stress punch from the other side of the working face.

9. Guide sleeve
The guide sleeve is a tubular part that provides precise guidance for the relative movement of the upper and lower die bases. Most of them are fixed in the upper die base and used together with the guide column fixed in the lower die base.

10. Guide plate
The guide plate is a plate-shaped part with a precision sliding inner hole with the punch, which is used to ensure the mutual alignment of the punch and the die, and plays the role of unloading (parts).

11. Guide post
The guide post is a cylindrical part that provides precise guidance for the relative movement of the upper and lower die bases. Most of them are fixed on the lower die base and used together with the guide sleeve fixed on the upper die base.

12. Guide pin
The guide pin is a pin shaped part extending into the material hole to guide its position in the die.

13. Guide plate die
The guide plate die is a die guided by the guide plate. When the die is used, the punch does not separate from the guide plate.

14. Guide plate
The guide plate is a plate-shaped guide part that guides the strip (strip, coil) material into the concave die.

15. Guide column mold base the guide column mold base is a mold base in which the guide column and guide sleeve slide with each other. (see "mold base").

16. Die
Stamping die is a process equipment installed on the press for producing stamping parts, which is composed of upper and lower parts.
