Function of crank mechanism: The core part of double crank punch press is two cranks connected to each other. When the motor drives the spindle to rotate, the outer crank drives the inner crank to move through the crankshaft and connecting rod, and the inner crank is connected to the punch, and finally the punch applies pressure to the workpiece.


Crank motion conversion: The motor transmits the rotational motion to the outer crank, and the movement of the outer crank drives the inner crank to make circular motion. Through the movement of the inner crank, the punch produces linear reciprocating motion, that is, up and down impact action, and finally completes the stamping work of the metal sheet.


Impact force effect: By designing the geometric shape of the crank, the stroke, speed and force of the punch can be adjusted. During the working process, the punch will apply a certain pressure to the workpiece to punch the metal sheet into the required shape or size.


Stamping process: The upper die and the lower die are fixed on the upper and lower parts of the punch press respectively, and the workpiece is placed on the lower die.

When the crank mechanism is started, the punch moves downward, presses the workpiece, and forms the desired product through the die.

After the punching is completed, the punch rises, and the upper die is separated from the lower die, which is convenient for taking out the finished product and performing the next punching operation.
